【摘要】 在讨论平面转弯带式输送机设计要点的基础上,将输送物料截面上表面假设成圆弧形状,导出了物料在各个托辊上的载荷分配系数的计算式;分析了平面转弯带式输送机的转弯力平衡、应力应变和输送带不离开托辊的限制条件,建立了转弯段输送带张力所引起的向心力和导向力的平衡方程,用此方程可以在给定平面转弯带式输送机转弯段结构参数情况下计算输送带的偏移量,用以判断结构参数设计的合理性,构成平面转弯带式输送机的一种结构参数设计方法.应用此方法确定了某水泥公司的石灰石输送线平面转弯带式输送机托辊组的结构参数.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the discussion of essential design points of the belt conveyor with horizontal curves,this paper gave out the calculation method of the gravity distribution modulus on each idler by supposing the cross-section of the handing materials was arc,it discussed the conditions in horizontal curves,including force equilibrium,stress-strain and keeping belt in idlers,established equilibrium equation of centripetal force and off-center force resulting from the belt tension,and it had became a structure parameter design method of the belt conveyor with horizontal curves,according to which people could compute the belt offset value if the structure in the curves had been given and judge the rationality of the structure parameters.更多还原
