【Abstract】 Based on the principle of focusing electrophoresis, an in-situ concentration device for fluorescence detection was developed. The principles and construction of the device are described. The device is actually an improved type of colour comparison cuvette. Taking bromphenol blue and Na-fluorexcein for examples, the concetration efficiency of the device is 67%, and the fluorescence intensity has increased 32.5 times.
