气相色谱法测定喷墨打印墨水中的苯酚

【摘要】 建立了溴化衍生测定喷墨打印墨水中苯酚的方法。该方法首先用乙醚萃取出墨水中的苯酚,再用其与溴水反应生成稳定的2,4,6-三溴苯酚,之后加入适量NaHSO3做为还原剂,最后以正己烷萃取,DB-5毛细柱进行分离,电子捕获器进行检测。方法回收率为93%~118%、最小检测量为0.010 mg/kg,精密度为3.6%。该法适用于同类产品的检测。

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of phenol in printing ink by brominating derivatization and gas chromatography is described.Extracted phenol from the printing ink by ether reacts with bromine water to from 2,4,6-tribromophernal,which is stabilized by sodium hydrogen sulfate and extracted with n-hexaen,and then separated with the DB-5 capillary column and detected by electron capture detector.The result showed that the recoveries were between 93% and 118%,the RSD was 3.6%,and the detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg. This method could detect a lot of samples at the same time,which was reliable for determining phenol in printing ink,and it offered related data in order to establish criterion in printing ink guild.
