【摘要】 为了更科学地预防安全事故的发生,通过对安全事故成因的分析,提出实现安全的两个因素:保障因素和保证因素。保障因素是指导致大多数事故的主要因素,即人因,人因是能够确实保障系统安全的内在因素;保证因素是指导致事故的物的因素,即物因,物因是实现安全的物理条件。认为事故的主要原因在于人因,预防和控制事故的根本途径在于通过有效的组织文化的实施,彻底解决个人和组织的不安全行为,才能杜绝事故的发生,并以杜邦公司的实例证实了该结论的正确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to prevent the occurrence of accidents more scientifically,the basic accidental causes are studied and two elements of realizing safety are put forward: the ensure element and the guarantee element.The former is also called human factor which has caused most of the accidents and is the key to work safety.The latter namely the substance factor is the outer physical guarantee of safety.The author argues that the main cause of accidents lies in human error behaviors and suggests the most effective method of eliminating accidents thoroughly is to correct individual unsafe behaviors by way of carrying out the progressive organization culture.An example of Dupont is given to verify the viewpoints of the author in the end.更多还原
