流动注射化学发光法测定稀土矿中三价铽

【摘要】 NaIO4H2O2是弱的化学发光体系,而Tb3+与EDTA形成的络合物对NaIO4H2O2的化学发光有显著的增敏作用,而且Tb3+EDTANaIO4H2O2体系的相对发光强度与Tb3+浓度成正比,在选定的最佳实验条件下,Tb3+的浓度与化学发光强度在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L之间呈良好的线性关系;检出限为8.0×10-9mol/L;对浓度为1.0×10-6mol/L的Tb3+进行12次平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.2%。利用该方法成功的测定了矿样和稀土氧化物中的铽的含量。

【Abstract】 A simple flow injection chemiluminescence(CL) analysis method for the determination of terbium in mineral sample is reported. It is based on luminescence produced by NaIO4-H2O2 CL system sensitized by [Tb(EDTA)2] -. The relative chemiluminescence intensity of the Tb 3+ -EDTA-NaIO4-H2O2 system is proportional to the amount of Tb 3+ . The maximum CL intensity was obtained at concentration of 2.0×10 -3 mol/L EDTA, 0.048% H2O2 and 1.0×10 -2 mol/L NaIO4. The linear range and detection limit for Tb 3+ are 1.0×10 -7 1.0×10 -5 mol/L and 8.0×10 -9 mol/L, [JP2]respectively. The relative standard deviation for 12 independent determinations of 1.0×10 -6 mol/L Tb 3+ was 3.2%. This method was successfully applied to the determination of terbium in rare earth oxide and mine. And the mechanism of chemiluminescence was proposed.
