普通混凝土与轻骨料混凝土叠合面的粘结性能试验研究
Experimental Research on Bonding Property of Combined Interface Formed by Common Concrete and Lightweight Aggregate Concrete
【摘要】 通过对四块由预制预应力轻骨料混凝土薄板与后浇普通混凝土所组成的叠合板的实体试验,分析了不同混凝土材料所形成的叠合面共同工作的粘结性能。试验证明:在一定条件下,自然粗糙面能够保证不同混凝土材料所形成的叠合面的粘结性能,能够确保叠合板共同工作以及承载能力的充分发挥。本文的研究对工程实际应用具有参考作用。
【Abstract】 Based on the experimental research into 4 combined slabs which are composed of the prefab prestressed lightweight aggregate concrete slab and the common concrete, the bonding properties of combined interfaces which are composed of different concretes are analyzed. The experiments prove: under certain condition, the bonding properties of composite interfaces which are composed of different concretes will be ensured by the naturally coarse interface, the work-together capacity and the load-carrying capacity of the combined slabs will be also ensured. This paper has the guidance function in the project.
