【摘要】 目的　探讨平均动脉压、单纯收缩期高血压及收缩期合并舒张期高血压与靶器官功能改变的关系。方法　136例心血管病住院患者, 根据平均动脉压(MAP) 的范围分为1 组、2 组、3 组, 并将患有高血压病者划分为单纯收缩期高血压(A组) 与收缩期合并舒张期高血压(B组) 进行比较分析。结果　2 组与3 组(MAP≥100 mmHg) 出现脑卒中、肾功能不全、高血糖及心电图改变的比例与1 组比较, P<0 05~0 001。B组合并冠心病、左心室肥厚、高血糖、老年退行性心瓣膜病、心电图改变的比例明显高于A组, 两组比较P<0 05~0 001。结论　MAP可作为评估患者心血管危险性的重要信号及预后指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship among mean arterial pressure,isolated systolic hypertension(ISH)or systolic and diastolic hypertension and the change of the target apparatus function.Methods According to the mean arterial pressure(MAP),the 136 cases with clinical data of cardiovascular disease(CVD)were divided into three groups,including the first group(MAP 70～99 mmHg),the second group(MAP 100～139 mmHg)and the third group(MAP≥140 mmHg).A group(ISH)was compared with B group(systolic and diastolic hypertension).Results Compared with the first group,the second and the third group(MAP≥100 mmHg)ran an evidently higher risk on stroke,renal failure,hyper blood glucose,and had more evidently cardiogram abnormal change( P <0 05～0 001).Compared with A group,B group ran an evidently higher risk on coronary heart disease,left ventricular hypertrophy,hyper blood glucose,and senile degenerative heart vahular disease,and had more evidently cardiogram abnormal change( P <0 05～0 001) Conclusion Mean arterial pressure could be used as an important signal to evaluate the risk and the prognosis of cardiovascular disease.更多还原
