珊瑚藻藻红蛋白β亚基脱辅基蛋白基因克隆与序列分析
Cloning and analysis of beta subunit sequence of phycoerythrin gene from Corallina officinalis
【摘要】 首次报道珊瑚藻R-藻红蛋白β亚基基因的全序列.测定的基因序列长为983个碱基,包括β亚基起始密码子上游的10个碱基、β亚基编码区的534个碱基(编码177个氨基酸)、101个碱基的间隔区以及α亚基编码区近5′端的338个碱基(编码112个氨基酸).对其序列在核酸和氨基酸水平上的同源性与已知基因序列的9种红藻作了比较分析,认为β亚基氨基酸序列在红藻分类上具有重要意义.
【Abstract】 Cloning and sequencing of the gene encoding β subunit of phycoerythrin of a red alga-Corallina officinalis were reported firstly.The sequence contained 983 nucleotides,including 10 nucleotides of upstream before the initiation codon of β subunit,534 nucleotides of β subunit(encoding 177 amino acids),101 nucleotides for gene spacer and 338 nucleotides of 5′-terminal of α subunit(encoding 112 amino acids).Similarities in the nucleotide level and amino acid level with nine known red alga PE genes were analyzed.The important taxonomic value of β subunit was suggested in alga taxonomy.
