基于模拟退火算法的单机提前拖期模型

【摘要】 针对实际加工过程中作业时间的不确定性,建立了模糊加工时间的单机提前/拖期模型.目标函数在考虑了任务的提前/拖期惩罚、安装时间惩罚以及模糊加工区间限值惩罚的基础上,求取最优加工时间,使目标函数值达到最小.并用模拟退火技术确定了任务的最优加工顺序,最后给出了仿真实例.

【Abstract】 To counter the uncertainty of the processing time in the practical production process,this paper builds a single machine earliness/tarliness with fuzzy processing time.Optimum processing time is obtained and the minimum target function is got on the basis of taking penalty coefficients of the task,set-up time and value acquisition in the range of fuzzy processing time into consideration.The optimum processing sequence of the task is set by adopting the technique of simulated annealing and in the end in illustration of it a simulation case is put forward.
