【摘要】 目的探讨原发性十二指肠肿瘤的手术方式,提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析我院自1990年6月~2004年8月14年间明确诊断的原发性十二指肠肿瘤病人的临床资料。结果本组手术切除率为75%,术后发生并发症2例(1例胰肠吻合口漏及1例胆肠吻合口漏),无手术死亡。结论手术治疗为原发性十二指肠肿瘤病人的有效治疗手段,手术方式应根据病变位置、良恶性及局部转移浸润情况决定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the surgical procedures of primary tumor of the duodenum and improve the diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with primary tumor of the duodenum from June 1990 to August 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Twenty-four cases out of 27 patients with primary tumor of the duodenum were subjected to surgical operation:11 to pancreaticoduodenectomy,6 to segmentalduodenectomy,1 to simple tumor resection and 6 patients were treated by bypass.Conclusion Surgical operation is the effective treatment of primary tumor of the duodenum.The surgical procedures should be chosen according to the tumor position,benignant or malignancy and local condition.更多还原
