【摘要】 目的:对市售头孢克肟分散片和胶囊进行溶出度比较。方法:按中国药典2005版溶出度检查方法(转篮法),用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,测定波长为287 nm。结果:头孢克肟分散片和胶囊在5 min时的累计溶出度分别为(60.22±0.5)%和(51.52±2.4)%;在10 min时的累计溶出度分别为(95.33±0.8)%和(88.67±2.7)%。结论:头孢克肟分散片具有较快的溶出速率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the dissolution of the dispersible tablet and the capsule of cefixime.Method: The dissolution test approved by Chinese pharmacopoeia 2005 edition was used.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for the quantitative analysis of cefixime.Results: The dissolutions of the dispersible tablet and the capsule were(60.22±0.5)% and(51.52±2.4)% in 5 min,(95.33±0.8)% and(88.67±2.7)% at 10 min.Conclusion: The dissolution of the dispersible tablet is more rapid.更多还原
