【摘要】 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了贯叶连翘提取物金丝桃素浸膏中金丝桃素的含量。用Kromasil C18(5μm,250×4.6 mm)色谱柱为固定相,乙腈-水(140∶10)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为284 nm。结果金丝桃素的含量为0.914%,平均回收率为96.76%,日内精密度RSD为2.67%,日间精密度RSD为3.65%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography（RP-HPLC） for determination of hypericin in the extractum hypericin of the extraction of hypericum perforatum Linn.The compounds was separated on Kromasil C₁₈ RP-HPLC colum and quantified by measuring the UV absorbance at 284 nm.A mixture of acetonitrile and water（140∶10） was used as the mobile phase with a flow rate of（1 mL/min.）The hypericin content that was determined is 0.914%.The average recovery was 96.76%.The coefficient of variation of with in day and day to day precision was 2.67% and 3.65%.seperately.更多还原
