二氧化碳激光器谐振腔稳定性的研究
Research on stability of CO2 laser resonant cavity
【摘要】 运用光学传播矩阵理论,给出了一个机械调Q二氧化碳激光器谐振腔的等效简化模型.借助此激光器的等效简化模型对该调Q二氧化碳激光器激光腔的稳定性进行了研究.测出了激光器在连续工作条件下输出功率随聚焦镜间距变化的数据,并借助Origin软件画出了实验曲线,使激光工作状态及输出功率随聚焦镜间距的变化情况在激光稳定性图中清楚地表示出来.实验结果与理论分析一致.
【Abstract】 By using the theory of optical propagation matrix,a simplified model that is equivalent to a mechanical Q-switched CO2 laser is carried out.With this simplified model,the cavity stability of the mechanical Q-switched CO2 laser is investigated.The data of the output power versus the spacing interval of the focusing-lenses in this Q-switched CO2 laser under continue working condition is recorded,and the experimental curve is clearly presented on the laser stability graph. The experimental results agreed with the theoretical analysis.
