基于可控主导节点的电压分区及电压校正研究

【摘要】 在实际电网中,传统的电压分区往往会使区域中的主导节点电压处于不可控的状态。针对这种情况,文章提出了基于可控主导节点的电压分区及电压校正方法:在电压分区中,将区域划分和主导节点的可控能力相结合,并在电压分区中采用可控主导节点和区域划分间的递归迭代,以行政划分作为迭代初始值,提高了区域划分的计算速度和分区的准确性;在电压校正中,考虑了区域联络线节点的电压变化,并以此作为反馈添加到传统的二级电压控制中。文中的电压分区及电压校正方法在福建电网自动电压控制中的应用效果证明了其正确性、可靠性及实用性。

【Abstract】 In actual power networks,traditional voltage partitioning often makes the voltages of the pilot nodes in the partitions uncontrollable.Here,the voltage partition based on controllable pilot nodes and voltage correction are proposed.In the voltage partition the authors combine the partitions with the controllability of pilot nodes and the iteration between controllable pilot nodes and partitions is adopted,in which the administration partitions are used as the initial values of iteration,so the calculation speed of partitioning is accelerated and the accuracy of partitioning is improved.In the voltage correction the voltage variation of tie-line nodes is considered and is added into the traditional secondary voltage control as the feedback.The proposed voltage partition and voltage correction methods are applied to the automatic voltage control(AVC) of Fujian power network,and the application results show that they are correct,reliable and practicable.
