基于潮流追踪的双边交易输电设备利用份额计算方案

【摘要】 已有研究表明,在我国采用联营-双(多)边交易模式是适宜的,而现有的基于潮流追踪的输电设备利用份额计算方法不能考虑双边交易合同和联营的影响。在对潮流分布机理进行分析的基础上,提出了一种新的基于潮流追踪的输电设备利用份额计算方案,并利用一个简单系统对不同情形进行了计算。结果表明所提出的方法既可考虑各输电用户的电气分布位置,又能计入双边交易合同的影响。

【Abstract】 Domestic relevant research results show that it is befitting to adopt bilateral or multilateral transaction ways under power pool mode in China, but in existing power flow tracing based methods to calculate the transmission facility usages the influences of both bilateral contracts and power pool mode cannot be considered. On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of power flow distribution, a new power flow tracing based calculation scheme to calculate the transmission facility usages is proposed, and the calculations of a simple power system under different situations are carried out. The calculation results show that the transmission users’ electric positions as well as the impacts of bilateral contracts can be considered by the proposed calculation scheme.
