基于嵌入式PC104的微机型继电保护测试装置设计

【摘要】 设计了基于嵌入式PC104的微机继电保护测试装置,介绍了该测试装置信号输入和输出的工作原理及电压源和电流源发生电路。装置硬件模块部分包括信号输出、开出量输出、开关量检测及监测电路;软件部分分别在主机和从机上运行,文章从产品开发的角度介绍了硬件和软件模块,最后论述了装置额定输出及测量精度。此设计方案能对目前各种保护装置所要求的测试项目进行试验,并满足所需的精度要求。

【Abstract】 An embedded measuring-control platform PC104 based microcomputer protective relaying tester is developed. The working principle of signal input and output units and the generation circuits for voltage source and current source are described. The modules of its hardware consist of signal output, digital outputs, switching value detection and supervisory circuit, and the software is running in master and slave computer respectively. The hardware and the software modules of the tester are presented in the viewpoint of product development, and finally the rated output of the tester and its measurement accuracy are given. The scheme of the tester can be used to test the required testing items of various present protective devices and its measuring accuracy is satisfactory.
