【Abstract】 To deal with the unbalance between power supply and power demand caused by uncertain factors in electricity market, so the power reserve is necessary for power system secure operation. Because the power reserve leads to the cost increment of power commodity, it is very important to clarify the essence of reserve and responsibility for every member of power market. Here, the physical essence of the reserve is analyzed, the reserve caused by the uncertainty of power demand and that of the fault occurred in transmission component is discussed, the membership of the reserve and its allocation among the participants of electricity market are quantitatively researched. Each participant should determine the allocated reserve according to the influence of its own on the risk rate of power system.更多还原
