【摘要】 提出了基于IP网络的音、视频流式传输的实现方案,对其相关技术作了分析;阐述了该方案的实现过程,并对音、视频流式传输的网络应用作了介绍。

【Abstract】 This paper brings forward a plan for realizing audio and video streaming transmission based on IP network, and analyses its correlative technologies. It elaborates the process to realize this plan, and introduces the application of audio and video streaming transmission to network.
