脑电序列的延迟时间研究
The study on delay time of EEG sequence
【摘要】 在脑电序列相空间重构的基础上计算非线性测度是研究大脑功能和状态的重要方法。延迟时间不仅影响重构质量,而且与脑电序列的特性有关,直接反映了大脑活性。本文以睡眠脑电序列为实验对象,采用自适应单元分割法计算互信息,按互信息极小原则确定延迟时间。结果表明,延迟时间反映了睡眠时相的差别,其大小与脑电复杂性和大脑的活跃程度负相关。
【Abstract】 Calculation of some nonlinear index of EEG based on phase space reconstruction is important for study of brain. Delay time, which not only affect quality of phase space reconstruction, and that be relevant to characteristic of EEG, reflect directly brain’s activity. In this paper, mutual information of sleep EEG sequence is estimated by the method of adaptive partition, and delay time is established by the rule of minimum mutual information. The results indicate that, delay time reflect transformation of sleep stages, and it’s value is negative correlative with EEG’s complexity and brain’s activity.
