重载货车中BOM连接器力学行为数值仿真
Numerical Simulation of Mechanical Behavior of BOM Fastener in Heavy Load Wagon
【摘要】 基于非线性有限元软件MARC,对重载货车中大量使用的BOM连接器力学行为进行了数值仿真研究.讨论了建模中的关键技术,创建了基于接触的弹塑性模型.数值仿真结果深刻地揭示了BOM连接器塑性成型规律,不仅为确定BOM连接器压力影响范围提供了数值依据,亦为重载货车中科学地采用BOM连接器提供了重要参考.
【Abstract】 Based on nonlinear FE software MARC, numerical simulation of BOM fastener mechanics in heavy load wagon is studied. The key technology in constructing the finite element model is discussed. The elastoplastic model is established based on contact process. The result of the numerical simulation reveals the law of BOM fastener plastic forming, which provides numerical evidence for ascertaining the pressure influence range of BOM fastener, and an important reference for the application of BOM fastener in heavy load wagon.
