小电流接地故障选线技术综述

【摘要】 文章介绍了小电流接地方式的发展简况,在分析小电流接地故障稳态与暂态信号变化特征的基础上对各种接地选线技术进行了评述。文章还介绍了一种最近开发出的利用暂态信号的接地选线技术的应用情况,这种新技术灵敏度高、可靠性好,特别适用于谐振接地电网。关于小电流接地电网发生高阻单相接地故障时接地选线的可靠性问题还需要进一步研究解决。

【Abstract】 The development of non - effectively neutral grounding of distribution network is introduced. The characteristics of steady state and transient signals of single phase fault in non - effectively grounding network are analyzed. The working principles, advantages and disadvantages of various faulty feeder identification methods for non - effectively grounding network are described. The field trial results of a newly developed faulty feeder identification method based on discrimination of direction of transient zero mode capacitive current are given. The new method has high sensitivity and reliability, and is a promising technique that could solve the outstanding faulty feeder identification problems for non - effectively grounding network, especially for arc suppression coil grounding network. There is still no method available that could reliably discriminate the faulty feeder with very high fault resistance. Further investigation is needed to solve this problem.
