硼泥改性淀粉絮凝剂处理印染废水的实验研究

【摘要】 采用预处理的硼泥和改性淀粉絮凝剂对印染废水进行处理,通过正交实验确定了硼泥、改性淀粉絮凝剂的用量、pH及搅拌时间等因素对絮凝效果的影响。当硼泥絮凝剂用量为250mg/L,改性淀粉絮凝剂用量为3mg/L,废水pH为11.7,搅拌时间(单指加完硼泥后的搅拌时间,下同)120s时,废水处理效果较理想,COD的去除率为82.4%,色度去除率为76.7%,浊度去除率为98.1%,处理后水pH为9.5。以金舟纺织集团的印染废水为研究对象,效果较理想。

【Abstract】 The paper reports the investigation on treatment of dying wastewater with pre-processed boron sludge and modified starch flocculant. The optimal parameters for flocculation were determined by orthogonal experiment as follows: pH, 11.7; boron sludge dosage, 250 mg/L; modified starch flocculant dosage, 3 mg/L; stirring time (the time after boron sludge added into dying wastewater, thereafter sameness ), 120 second. The experiment was performed in the Golden-Boat Textile Group. The treatment results are listed as: COD removal rate is 82.4%, colority removal rate is 76.7%, turbidity removal rate is (98.1%), and pH of water after treatment is 9.5.
