推挽式单极性SPWM电压源逆变器的设计
Design of Uni-polar SPWM Push-pull Voltage Source Inverters
【摘要】 通过一对波形完全相同、相位差为180°的SPWM信号进行门极驱动,可在推挽式逆变器的输出端得到一个合成的正弦电压源。在这种逆变器中,由半导体开关通态压降产生的开关损耗仅为全桥结构逆变器的1/2。用一个双微分门极驱动电路和一个无损耗缓冲吸收电路共同抑制IGBT的开关损耗,特别是抑制IGBT拖尾电流产生的损耗。文中还介绍了单极性SPWM发生器、双微分门极驱动电路和无损耗缓冲吸收电路的工作原理。
【Abstract】 With gates driven by a pair of SPWM signals,SPWM positive and SPWM negative,which have the same waveforms but 180° phase shift,a voltage source within full sine wave is composed at the output terminal of a push-pull inverter.The power loss caused due to the semiconductor switch-on cross voltage in this inverter is only half of the power loss in full bridge inverter.A double-differential-gate-drive circuit,in conjunction with a loss-less snubber reduces the switching loss of semiconductor devices,especially the switching-off loss of IGBTs.The principles of uni-polar SPWM generator, double-differential-gate-drive circuit and loss-less snubber are presented.
