MEMS密码锁的驱动电磁微电机步进控制研究
Study on the Step Control Mode of Electromagnetic Micromotor in MEMS-cipher-lock
【摘要】 在MEMS密码锁系统中,采用基于LIGA技术的6.9mm无刷直流微电机作为驱动元件,以步进控制方式实现微电机的步进解码。通过比较几种换相规律,提出了一种新的高低力矩控制的方法,来提高微电机的输出力矩,以实现鉴码器机构的步进均匀稳定,满足密码锁的解码要求。
【Abstract】 The micromotor based on LIGA technique is used as driver in the system of micro-cipher-lock.Decoding is realized by step driving,and a new metho d of controlling high-low moment is presented through a comparison on several decoding phase principles,which enhances the engine moment,makes the step stab le and smooth,and matches the demand of the cipher-lock.
