采用耦合电感的并鄄并型双管正激组合变换器

【摘要】 双管正激变换器的开关电压应力低,且具有内在抗桥臂直通的能力,可靠性高,因而得到了广泛应用。交错并联双管正激组合变换器既保留了单个双管正激变换器的上述优点,又能提高变换器的等效频率,减小输出电流脉动,增加变换器容量,因而已成为研究热点。本文采用并- 并型交错并联方式,在组合变换器中引入耦合电感,利用两个耦合电感之间的电流转移改善了它的工作环境。文中详细介绍了该组合变换器的工作原理和工作过程,并对其进行了仿真研究,最后设计出一台样机进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,由于利用了两耦合电感之间的电流转移,使得变换器能工作在单个电感电流断续而总输出电流连续的模式下,因而能自然均流,既消除了次级续流二极管的反向恢复,又能使开关管工作在零电流开通状态。

【Abstract】 Interleaved two transistor forward converter had the advantages of low voltage stress of switches and high reliability,also,it can increase the converter′s effective frequency and decrease the output current ripple.To introduce the coupled inductors into the parallel-parallel combined converter and to utilize the current transfer between two coupled inductors,the operating conditions of the converter are improved.Its operating principle was described in detail.Finally,a prototype was built and tested.The simulated and experimental results show that,by letting the combined converter operate on the mode that the currents of both inductors are discontinuous respectively but the sum of them is continuous,the converter can balance its current naturally and solve the reverse-recovery of the freewheeling diode,also the switches can operate at zero current turn on condition.
