一种新的低压大电流DC/DC变换器的研究
Research on Novel Interleaved Low-Voltage High-Current DC/DC Converter
【摘要】 在低压大电流DC/DC变换器的各种拓扑结构中,倍流整流结构有着良好的性能。在倍流整流结构中,由于滤波电感电流的相互抵消,而极大地减小了输出电流纹波。如果保持输出电流纹波一定,还能减小所需的滤波电感值,从而减小整个变换器的尺寸,提高变换器的功率密度。为了进一步减小输出电流纹波,利用交错并联技术在减小输出纹波方面的特性,提出了将若干个倍流整流结构交错并联的方法,并给出了相关的电路图及开关控制信号图。最后,用Pspice仿真软件对整个方案进行了仿真,并通过实验验证了方案的可行性和优异性。
【Abstract】 Among all low-voltage high-current DC/DC converter topologies, the current-doubler topology is optional. In the current-doubler topology, the ripple current of the output filter capacitor is reduced because the ripple current of the both inductors partially cancel each other and the required value of the filter inductance is significantly decreased.To further decrease the ripple current of output filter capacitor,this paper presents a new method that a few of current-doublers are interleaved.This paper gives out the switch signal waveforms and simulation model of the circuit.PSpice is used, which is a simulation tool for electronic system,and the simulation result achieves the ideal effect. The feasibility and excellents of the proposed stratgy are verified the experiment.
