论破产法的适用范围

【摘要】 本文通过对我国新《破产法》(草案)有关适用范围的分析,认为新《破产法》草案的调整对象应包括普通自然人,即应扩大到一切民事主体;并就相关问题提出一些解决方案。

【Abstract】 Through the analysis on the applicable scope of our country’s new draft of Bankruptcy Law,The paper points out that natural person,including every civil subject, should belong to its applicable scope.Then some resolutions are offered to solve the problems.
