【摘要】 目的探讨“三资”企业男、女劳工心理健康状况的特点。方法采用SCL-90量表,对7779名“三资”企业男、女劳工进行调查,将调查结果进行统计与分析。结果⑴“三资”企业男、女劳工SCL-90各统计指标、各因子平均分均高于国内常模(U检验,P<0.01)。⑵“三资”企业女劳工SCL-90的总分、总均分明显高于男劳工。⑶“三资”企业男劳工心理问题的发生率为5.5%~38.7%(20.4±13.2)%,女劳工心理问题的发生率为12.9%~41.8%(24.2±8.9)%,女劳工心理问题的平均发生率比男劳工高;但男劳工在焦虑、人际关系敏感、偏执方面明显高于女工,后者在抑郁、敌意、恐怖、强迫、精神病性方面明显高于前者。结论“三资”企业男、女劳工在一系列心理社会因素的长期困扰下,容易出现各种心理问题,女劳工比男劳工更容易出现心理问题。男、女劳工所出现的各种心理问题有显著的差别,男劳工主要出现焦虑、人际关系敏感、偏执等,女劳工主要出现抑郁、敌意、恐怖、强迫、精神病性等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate mental health among male and female workers in the “three form enterprises”. Methods Data from 7779 participants using self-report Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) were statistically analyzed. HZ Results ⑴All the statistical parameters and average factor scores of each item were all significantly higher than the normal group (U test, P <0.01). ⑵The total scores and total average scores of the female workers were significantly higher than the male workers. ⑶Psychological problems occured at higher rates ranging from 5.5% to 38.7% (average 20.4±13.2) among the male workers, and from 12.9% to 41.8%(average 24.2±8.9) among the female workers. Psychological problems in the female workers occured at a significantly higher rate than that in the male workers, especially in depression, hostility, phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder and psychotic symptoms. However, the male workers tended to be more easily to have anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid ideation. Conclusion BZ The male and female workers in the “three form enterprises” undergo social and psychological stresses for longtime. They are more likely to suffer from a variety of psychological problems. Different psychological problems are noted between the male and female workers. Anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid ideation are more common in the male workers while depression, hostility, phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychotic symptoms are more often seen in the female workers.更多还原
