【摘要】 对杨木湿心材进行脱色试验,用正交试验方法对木材脱色主要因素处理温度、处理时间、主试剂浓度、附试剂浓度及它们之间的交互作用对脱色木材颜色指标的影响进行了研究,结果表明,有两种配方脱色效果好,并确定了相应的工艺参数。即以浓度为12%次氯酸钠(NaClO)和浓度为0. 03%硫酸(H2SO4 )组成的氧化型脱色剂、温度为50℃、处理时间为24h的工艺配方;以浓度为12%硫代硫酸钠(Na2S2O3·5H2O)和浓度为0. 1%草酸(C2H2O4·2H2O)组成的还原型脱色剂、温度为25℃、处理时间为8h的工艺配方。更多还原

【Abstract】 Decoloring test of Populus wet wood was conducted and some factors affecting color values of decoloring wet wood were investigated with orthogonal test meth od. The examined factors include decoloring temperature, decoloring time, concen tration of reagents as well as their mutual effects. Results showed that two pre scriptions were good, and the best processing parameters were as follows: oxidan ts of NaClO 12%, H 2SO 4 0.03%, decoloring for 24h at 50℃; reducing agen ts of Na 2S 2O 3·5H 2O 12%, C 2H 2O 4·2H 2O 0.1%, decoloring for 8 h at 25℃.更多还原
