红外吸收法测定正极粉的锰碳比
Mensuration of the ratio of MnO2 to C in positive powder by direct combustion IR-spectrometric method
【摘要】 利用直接燃烧-红外吸收光谱法测定碱锰电池正极粉中的含碳量,计算锰碳比。对实验中助熔剂的选择和其主要参数进行了条件优化,测量的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.21%~0.46%,回收率在96%~105%之间。
【Abstract】 The direct combustion IR-spectrometric method was applied to the mensurement of carbon in positive powder of alkaline Zn/MnO2 batteries and the (ratio) of MnO2 to C was calculated. The choice of flux and primary parameters were optimized in the experiment. RSD of samples were in the range of 0.21%~0.46%. The rate of recovery was in the range of 96%~105%.
