羟脯氨酸在反刍动物营养研究中的应用

【摘要】 论述了羟脯氨酸在动物体内的重要生理功能与独特的生物活性,及尿、血清中羟脯氨酸含量的变化与机体内代谢指标的关系。重点阐述了羟脯氨酸的排出量与反刍动物营养状况中的研究进展。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the i mportant physiological functions and bioactivities of hydroxyproline andthe relationship betweenthe variations of hydroxyproline content in serumand urine andthe metabolicindices of ani mal are discussed.It mainly defines the advances of researchin the relationship betweenthe excretion of HYP and the condition of ruminant nutrition.
