【Abstract】 The purpose of this article is to carry out the initial exploration for the process of fruit juice drink. Through special process on the basis of its original nutrition composition, the process method and taste of the fruit juice drink were regarded as the mainly targets of study and many tests were carried on. These tests showed that the nutrition composition content of the fruit juice drink may compare favorably with the other same kinds of drink and it is rich in nutrition, besides, it has a distinctive flavour and better prospects for market.更多还原
