应用超声探测儿童胸腺的临床价值

【摘要】 目的探讨经胸应用高频探头探测法对儿童期胸腺显像的可行性。方法对1d~12岁231例儿童进行经胸高频探测,重点观察胸腺的大小、形态、内部回声及血流情况。结果经胸高频超声对儿童期胸腺有很高的显示率。结论经胸高频超声是儿童期检查胸腺的理想方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of TTE with high frequency ultrasound(HFU)for detection of children thymus.Methods A total of 231 children with age ranged <1-12 years underwent TTE with HFU examination to put emphasis on the the size,mor-phology,internal echoes and vascularity in the thymus.Results TTE with HFU had very high demonstration rate of 89% in the thymus.Normal thymus on HFU images appeared as follows:“Lead-cake like”echo structures,thicker in the center gradually became thimer in the peripheral region and shallow lobules partly present;the bright spot-like echoes in the parenchyma became coarse along with the age inreasing.CDFI manifestations were:scattered and sparse dot-like arterial flow signal or no flow in the thymus.The thymus might be hypertrophic along with the age increasing.Conclusions TTE with HFU is an ideal method to detect children thymus,because of the superficial position of the thymus in the chest and lower calcium contemt in the skeleton then that of the adult,in whom the thymus is an ultrasound blind area.Detection of the thymus is difficult in pigeon chest cases because of the deformity.
