【摘要】 目的探讨阑尾脓肿的超声表现和诊断价值。方法回顾分析17例经手术和病理证实为阑尾脓肿的超声表现。结果阑尾脓肿的超声表现为右下腹混合性不规则团块,团块内回声依据阑尾内是否存在粪石,感染菌种及液化程度不同而表现各异。结论超声检查是阑尾脓肿的首选检查方法,可为临床提供术前诊断和鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultrasonic manifestations and diagnositic value in appendic abscesses. Methods The ultrsound manifestations of 17 cases with appendic abscesses were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnoses were proved by operation and pathology. Results The ultrsound findings in the appendic abscesses appeared irregular masses with mixed echoes in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen. The echoes in the masses were different depending on whether fecal stones, bacterial sorts and liquefaction in appendix were preseut. Conclusions Ultrasonography is the first selected method for appendic abscesses. It can provide the preoperative diagnosis and differmtial diagnosis for clinicians.更多还原
