【摘要】 目的　探讨超声对少见部位异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法　回顾性研究分析 99例少见部位异位妊娠声像图与诊断 ,并与手术病理结果对照。结果　超声诊断宫角妊娠 5 0例 ,误诊为子宫腺肌瘤 2例 ,误诊为子宫肌瘤 1例 ,6例诊断为宫外孕 ;诊断宫颈妊娠 5例 ,诊断正确率为 84 .6 %。对残角子宫妊娠破裂与卵巢妊娠和阔韧带内妊娠共 34例均诊断为宫外孕。结论　超声显像在少见部位异位妊娠诊断中具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound in rare special ectopic pregnancy and to analyze the reasons for misdiagnosis.Methods Ninety-nine cases with special ectopic pregnancy sites confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed according to the features of ultrasonography.Results The diagngtic accuracy of ultrasound in cornual pregnancy and cervical pregnancy was 84.6%,the miscdiagnosed rate for rudimentary horn pregnancy rupture,ovary pregnancy and intraligamentous pregnancy was 100%.Conclusions Ultrasonography plays an important role in diagnosing special ectopic pregnancy.To recognize the ultrasound features of specical ectopic pregnancy is helpful for correct diagnosis.更多还原
