【Abstract】 This paper tempts to sum the meaning and features of accessibility. Then, some measures for accessibility in common use are integrated, also the merits and disadvantages of each method are compared and the current progress on the measures is summarized. Accessibility act an important role in many domains, such as regional economic development, urban land use, the provision of social facility and urban social problems and so on. Literatures about these topics are reviewed from two scales in this paper: regional (or national) and urban. In the end, some issues in the research of accessibility that should be deepen and improved on are put forward. First, the definition of accessibility should be extended to adapt for the development of economy and society. Second, although some progress on the measures of accessibility, we need to pay attention to some influential factors such as competitive, the development of ICT, location model, circumstance etc. Last, compared with overseas, domestic accessibility research is unsubstantial. In the future, more works should be done to establish fitted accessibility indicator, reinforce the theoretical research, and finally apply the fruits on many fields.更多还原
