【Abstract】 During the last half century,the Chinese university as an organization is bureaucratic and political but less academic.With the founding of the modern organization theory and the convenience provided by the modern internet technology,the structure of the enterprises tends to develop into a flat netlike form.The university as an organization also needs internally to change its structure.It is rational that the flat netlike structure becomes the carrier of the academic management in the university.更多还原
