【摘要】 随着经济的发展,如何保障交通的畅通与安全已成为当今世界的热点研究课题之一。基于视频的交通流参数检测系统具有直观、安装简便、费用低等优点,它代表了车辆检测器的发展方向。简要介绍了视频车辆检测在智能交通系统中的应用,给出了基于视频的交通流参数检测的常用方法,以及检测系统提取的主要交通流参数,分析了影响检测精度的因素和提高精度的相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) have become one of world-wide hotspot as the economy developed. Video-based traffic flow parameters detection system has several apparent advantages such as easily intervened and lower costs. So it should be used in the future. This paper presents video-based vehicle detection technique which is applied to ITS, and introduces some techniques used in video-based vehicle detection and the main detection parameters.
