灵芝胞外多糖培养基优化及发酵过程研究
Study on the optimization and fermentation process of Gendarme lucidum Extrapolysaccharide
【摘要】 经单因素和正交试验优化,灵芝胞外多糖最佳发酵培养基为:麦芽糖2%,黄豆粉1%,Fe SO4·7H2O0.02%,KH2PO40.1%,土豆汁30%,pH自然,产量可达到86.36mg/mL(湿重)。灵芝胞外多糖产量受发酵过程各因素的影响,发酵过程中pH、总糖、还原糖和氨基氮有一定的相关性。灵芝多糖整个发酵过程需要144h左右,第6天达到发酵终点。
【Abstract】 The research shows that fermentative optimization result is:maltose 2%,soybean powder 1%,FeSO4·7H2O (0.02)%,KH2PO4 0.1%,potato juice 30%,under natural pH.Output attains 86.36mg/mL(wet weight).Yield of Ganoderma lucidum extrapolysaccharide is affected by all kinds of factors in fermentation process.Total saccharides,reduced saccharides,pH value and aminenitrogen are each other in this process.The whole fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum extrapolysaccharide will last 144 hours and complete in the sixth day.
