【Abstract】 The research shows that fermentative optimization result is:maltose 2%,soybean powder 1%,FeSO₄·7H₂O （0.02）%,KH₂PO₄ 0.1%,potato juice 30%,under natural pH.Output attains 86.36mg/mL（wet weight）.Yield of Ganoderma lucidum extrapolysaccharide is affected by all kinds of factors in fermentation process.Total saccharides,reduced saccharides,pH value and aminenitrogen are each other in this process.The whole fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum extrapolysaccharide will last 144 hours and complete in the sixth day.更多还原
