【Abstract】 On the basis of article of "Preliminary Exploration of Law of Information-Substance-Efficiency and Mode of Urban Harmonious Administration", the article proposes the mathematical model of information materials effectiveness in city management,and gradually improves the model in the following research.The article expresses the mutual effective relations among G,B,C and P by mapping relations,and preliminarily proves one of the major characteristics of information materials effectiveness in city management raised in the article of "Preliminary Exploration of Law of Information-Substance-Efficiency and Mode of Urban Harmonious Administration"——closed.更多还原
