【Abstract】 This paper introduces the technical framework of the German Bebauungsplan. The Bebauungsplan is the urban detailed plan as well as the local statute in the urban planning system of Germany. Based on long-term practice and upgrading, the Bebauungsplan has not only formed standard le- gal framework, but also developed advanced techni- cal methods. In Germany, it plays an important role in the urban society now. Based on the project research, this paper summarizes the technical frame- work of the German Bebauungsplan systematically by using the building window (Baufenster) as a landmark, furthermore, it analyzes predominant tech- nical characteristics of the Bebauungsplan.更多还原
