【摘要】 资金问题一直是历史文化街区保护与整治实施中的主要问题之一,在1997年开始设立的“国家历史文化名城专项保护基金”的支持下,许多城市的历史文化街区保护整治工作顺利展开。本文以实地踏勘与调研为基础,从资金构成、资金来源和使用、资金筹措、资金管理以及资金回报等五个方面,对国内历史文化街区保护的资金问题做一些初步的总结和探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Financing is one of the most important issues in the conservation and rehabilitation of his- toric districts. With the aid of the Special Fund for Conservation of National Historic City which was set up in 1997, the conservation and rehabilitation projects in historic districts are successfully carried out in many cities. Based on site survey and investigation, this paper summarizes the financing issue of historic districts conservation in the aspects of composition, source and expense, channel, management, and return of the fund.更多还原
