【摘要】 运用灰色综合关联度分析法,检验了我国财政资金支农投入与农业经济增长之间的关系,主要的研究结论是:为最大限度的提高财政支农资金的配置效率,必须大幅度增加财政支援农业资金的投入,在农业受灾之年要增加农村救济费用,适度增加农业科技三项费用和农村基础设施投入,压缩财政价格补贴支出,这些措施应成为我国今后调整支农支出结构的方向和目标.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper applies grey overall connection degree analysis to test the relationship between the financial investment in support of agriculture and rural economic growth and makes some conclusions.To promote the disposal efficiency of financial fund in support of agriculture maximally,it is necessary to vastly increase the financial fund in agriculture.In the years of natural disaster, the relief fund should be increased in agriculture.It’s also important to increase the investment for agricultural science and technology and rural infrastructure properly,to reduce the expenses on the financial price allowance.These measures should become the directions and aims to adjust the spending to supporting agriculture.更多还原
