【Abstract】 The series of ISO9000 standard, which is widely approved by the international community, is a system that has high credit in the quality guarantee. From the view of developing the quality management of higher education this article discusses the basic connotation of ISO certification and the great significance that adopting ISO certification standard can strengthen and improve the quality management of higher education.
