浅析高校学院行政管理人员的人格魅力
An Analysis of the Moral Quality of Administration in College
【摘要】 本文针对高校二级学院行政管理工作的特点和学院管理人员人格素质的现状,重点阐述行政管理人员人格魅力的具体内涵,探讨了提升行政管理人员人格魅力的有效方法。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the characteristics and the charm of moral quality of administrators in sub-college of university,expounds deeply their charm and status and special connotation. It states which are the effective approaches of developing the management of administrators.
