【摘要】 在社会主义市场经济条件下贯彻实施集体主义原则,需要制度和观念上的保障。实施集体主义原则值得注意的几个问题。

【Abstract】 Under the condition of socialist economy, the systems and concepts should be guarenteed when the principle of collectivism is carried out. Several problems that need paying attention to when collectivism is carried out are put forward.
