电容器在能量转换技术应用中的新进展

【摘要】 简要介绍了陶瓷电容器、聚合物薄膜电容器和电解电容器的性能特点,比较了这3种电容器在高压、高频能量转换技术中的应用。其中,重点分析了电解电容器在抑制开关电源所产生的噪声、高次谐波污染和提高在高能量电路中能量转换效率等方面的优势,并且提出减小电解电容器等效串联电阻(ESR)和低温阻抗可以改善滤波器的性能和可靠性。

【Abstract】 The performances of ceramic capacitors,polymer film capacitors and electrolytic capacitors are briefly introduced and applications of these kinds of capacitors in large voltage,high frequency power converters are compared.In this paper,the advantage of electrolytic capacitors which are used to restrain yawp and high exponent wave pollution produced by the switch power and to improve energy conversion efficiency in the high pass power train circuits is emphasized.In addition,the methods of reducing equivalent series resistance(ESR)and low temperature impedance are put forward to improve the performance and reliability of the output filter sections.
