江苏油田泄洪道区用外防腐蚀涂料的筛选

【摘要】 由于泄洪道区具有不定期的洪水流过,其钢制平台的腐蚀有特殊性,根据不同区域分别选取有较好外防腐蚀性能的十几种配套涂层体系进行现场和室内加速腐蚀性能筛选试验。结果表明:适合大气区涂层的有互穿网络聚合物(IPN)底漆和丙烯酸聚氨酯、氯化橡胶面漆以及环氧富锌底漆和高氯化聚乙烯面漆;适合水界面区的有IPN底漆和环氧煤沥青、IPN面漆以及环氧富锌底漆和丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆;适合水下的有IPN底漆和环氧煤沥青、IPN面漆以及环氧富锌底漆和环氧煤沥青、环氧聚氨酯面漆;适合土壤的有IPN底漆和IPN面漆以及环氧富锌底漆和环氧煤沥青面漆。

【Abstract】 The corrosion of the steel platform used for flood-discharge way of oil field is special due to the random bursting of the flood. Thus several series of coatings with good outside corrosion protection were selected as the candidates for the corrosion protection of the steel platform in flood-discharge way of the oil field with respect to different locations. The performance of the coatings was compared using accelerated corrosion test at room temperature and field test. As the results, the interpenetrating polymer networks(IPN) bottom lacquer combined with acrylic polyurethane or alloprene top coating and the zinc-rich epoxy bottom lacquer combined with high-chlorinated polyethylene finishing coating were suitable to the corrosion protection of the steel platform in atmospheric environment. The IPN bottom lacquer combined with epoxy coal-pitch or IPN top coating and the zinc-rich epoxy bottom lacquer combined with the top coatings made of the same or epoxy polyurethane were suitable to the corrosion protection of the steel platform used for the flood-discharge way at the oil-water interface. The IPN bottom coating combined with epoxy coal-pitch or IPN top coating and the zinc-rich epoxy bottom coating combined with epoxy coal-pitch or epoxy polyurethane top coatings were applicable to the corrosion protection of the steel platform underwater. And the IPN bottom coating combined with the top coating made of the same and the zinc-rich epoxy bottom coating combined with epoxy coal-pitch final coating could be used for the corrosion protection of the steel frameworks subject to contact with soil.
