【摘要】 目的报告带膜支架成功治疗两例颈内动脉海绵窦段大型宽颈动脉瘤的临床经验。方法对2例颈内动脉海绵窦段大型宽颈动脉瘤患者,采用数字减影(DSA)下采用带膜支架治疗。结果支架成功置入动脉瘤颈处,造影示动脉瘤完全不显影。病例1术后神经功能明显好转,4d后出院;病例2术后2周出院,动眼神经麻痹正在恢复中。结论带膜支架治疗颈内动脉海绵窦段大型宽颈动脉瘤可获满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the clinical experience of 2 internal carotid-cavernous giant wide-necked aneurysms successfully treated by the placement of a single covered stent, respectively. Methods Two women each with an intracranial aneurysm were treated by the placement of covered stents with the help of digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Results Two covered stents were successfully placed on each neck of the two aneurysms, and no opacification of the aneurysms were found immediately after treatment. Patient one, the neurological function was improved obviously, and the patient was discharged 4 d after operation. Patient two, the patient was discharged after 2 weeks; the oculomotor nerve palsy was improving. Conclusion A satisfactory effect can be achieved in the treatment of internal carotid-cavernous giant wide-necked aneurysms with covered stent.更多还原
