基于综合指数法的生态环境质量综合评价系统的设计与应用

【摘要】 科学客观地对区域的生态环境质量进行评价,可以为各级政府部门的环境管理与决策提供科学依据。本文依据基于综合指数法的生态环境质量综合评价模型原理,进行了系统设计并以VisualBasic6 0为开发工具,建立了基于综合指数法的生态环境质量综合评价系统。该系统体现了生态环境质量综合评价的基本步骤,实现了评价过程的自动化。本文结合贵州省遵义县的实例,说明了其应用情况。同传统的手工评价方法相比,大大节省了时间和精力,减少了误差。

【Abstract】 The system was designed according to the principle of comprehensive index method based ecological environment quality comprehensive evaluation,and developed by Microsoft Visual Basic6.0.It realized comprehensive index method based ecological environment quality comprehensive evaluation,displayed the general steps of the evaluation process and made the evaluation automatic.As an instance,ZunYi county of Guizhou Province is evaluated by this system to explain its application.Compared with traditional handmade evaluation,it not only saves time and energy but also avoids errors.
